Cauliflower, peas and mushroom in an authentic mild sauce decorated with roasted potatoes.

Combination of aubergines, okra and spinach cooked in a medium sauce.

Combination of mushroom, potatoes and spinach cooked in a medium flavoured sauce with fresh herbs, spices and a touch of mint.
74. Benarasi Vanida
Mixed vegetables cooked with yoghurt, almond powder, coconut, butter, fresh cream and mango slices to give an authentic mild flavour.
75. Maryada
Stuffed pepper vegetables, spinach, potatoes and cheese covered with unique creamy mild sauce.
76. Baingan Awadhi
Thick slices of white and purple Aubergine layered with spicy peanut, chilli and coriander sauce.
